“I just wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for all your help, guidance and hard work in putting together our trip to Egypt and Kenya.

It was an extraordinary experience, and one that we will remember for the rest of our lives. Having now experienced it all, I don’t think we could have ever put together a trip of this calibre without your expertise and support.

One of the things we really appreciated was the thought and consideration that went into every aspect of the itinerary. With so many destinations, accommodation options and experiences to choose from, we would have found it incredibly difficult to navigate it all ourselves. Finding those really special places that aligned with what we were looking for — beautiful, boutique, authentic experiences that felt a little removed from the commercial or overly touristy offerings — while also balancing our budget, logistics and the overall flow of the trip was no small undertaking.

Your knowledge, insights and recommendations were invaluable in bringing all of those elements together. From selecting the right accommodation and experiences to coordinating internal flights, transfers and the timing of each destination, everything was so thoughtfully considered.

The reality is that, with the demands of our everyday lives, we simply wouldn’t have had the time or capacity to research and coordinate a trip of this complexity ourselves. And even if we had, I genuinely don’t believe we could have done it the same justice. There is value in having someone with your experience, knowledge and connections doing all that work behind the scenes, and I think the result really spoke for itself.

Something else we particularly appreciated was the peace of mind that came with knowing you were across all the details throughout the trip. When plans or timings changed, there was always someone in the background making sure everything was adjusted, coordinated and communicated to us. Rather than spending our precious time away managing logistics or troubleshooting arrangements, we were able to simply relax, be present and enjoy each experience as it unfolded.

Having that reassurance, and knowing that you and your contacts were there to ensure everything ran seamlessly, was an important part of the experience. It’s something that’s perhaps easy to overlook when everything goes to plan, but we certainly didn’t take it for granted.

Looking back, we feel incredibly fortunate to have experienced Egypt and Kenya in the way that we did. There were so many extraordinary moments, beautiful places and unforgettable experiences, and the trip exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Al Moudira and Il Moran are stand out properties. 

So, a very heartfelt thank you from both of us. We genuinely appreciate the time, care, expertise and attention to detail that went into making this trip what it was. You helped create something incredibly special for us.
